1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Hoki555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service, product, game, or feature offered on the Hoki555 website located at hoki555.cam ("the Site").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Hoki555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including users from Malaysia (including those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations within Malaysia). Hoki555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an account and use the services of Hoki555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Hoki555 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a natural person (individual) and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a business.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account with Hoki555 that was suspended, closed for cause, or permanently banned.
• You have not self-excluded from the Platform and are not currently subject to any active self-exclusion period.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, director, or contractor of any affiliate, competitor, or related company of Hoki555.

Hoki555 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an account on Hoki555, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not register using false identities, aliases, or fraudulent documentation. The information you provide must match your official government-issued identification documents.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid and personal email address that you own and control
• A unique username not already in use on the Platform
• Your legal full name as it appears on your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above

4.2 KYC Document Verification

Before any withdrawal request can be processed, all accounts are required to complete a KYC verification. The following documents are accepted:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), or valid passport (photo page)
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming the payment method used for deposit belongs to the account holder
• Proof of Address (if requested): Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months

Document verification is a one-time process for standard accounts. Hoki555 processes KYC submissions within 1 business day in most cases. Players will be notified via email and live chat once verification is complete.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Hoki555 platform, you agree to the following general terms of use that govern your conduct and obligations as a registered player.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Hoki555 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted on your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility.

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Hoki555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and all associated funds being forfeited without further recourse.

5.3 Account Currency

The default account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All game stakes, bonuses, deposit amounts, withdrawal limits, and account balances are displayed and processed in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

5.4 Software and Technical Access

The Hoki555 platform is delivered as a web-based service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reverse engineering, data scraping, use of automated tools or bots, or any modification of Platform software.

6 Deposits & Payments

Hoki555 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited.

6.1 Supported Deposit Methods

Processing times are indicative. Hoki555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network congestion events.

6.2 Deposit Fees

Hoki555 does not charge fees on deposits processed via e-wallet or FPX bank transfer for Malaysian players. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency deposits are outside Hoki555's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

7 Withdrawals

Players who have completed KYC verification and met all applicable wagering requirements may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes for standard verified accounts during normal operating hours.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the Hoki555 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 (standard bank transfer); RM 30 (e-wallet).
• Hoki555 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to relatives, or anonymous payment methods are not permitted.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be removed from the account balance prior to withdrawal processing.
• Hoki555 may delay withdrawal processing for accounts under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Hoki555 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unmet bonuses expire and are removed without notice.
• Hoki555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Use of promotional funds in collusion with other players to manipulate wagering requirements is considered bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure.

9 Gameplay Rules

All games on the Hoki555 platform are governed by individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, RTP percentages, and stake limits applicable to any game before placing a wager.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a placed bet is not possible except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome, Hoki555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Sports betting markets are subject to specific bet settlement rules. Please refer to the sportsbook rules section for event-specific terms governing dead heats, abandoned matches, and void bet conditions.
• Hoki555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game or sports market. Scheduled maintenance and third-party provider outages may result in temporary unavailability.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may be modified at Hoki555's discretion without prior notice.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hoki555 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus wagering, or sportsbook results
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime
• Creating multiple accounts (including through VPN or other IP masking methods) to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder, including unauthorised use of another person's credit card, bank account, or e-wallet
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Hoki555 support staff or other players in any communication channel

11 Responsible Gambling

Hoki555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following tools and policies support responsible gaming on our platform.

• Age Verification: The minimum age to use Hoki555 is 21 years. We verify player age during registration and as part of the KYC process.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Hoki555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false identity information or fraudulent KYC documentation
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• At the Player's own request for account closure
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction

In the event of account closure for cause (breach of terms, fraud, bonus abuse), any remaining balance — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited and withheld pending investigation. Players who close their accounts voluntarily and in good standing are entitled to a full withdrawal of their Real Money balance, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing timelines.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Hoki555 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Hoki555 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content from the Hoki555 platform in any form or by any means without the express prior written permission of Hoki555. The limited licence granted to you under Section 5.4 of these Terms does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, or modification of Platform content.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hoki555 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or server downtime
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to properly secure their account credentials
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the Site due to technical error
• Any loss resulting from the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms

In all cases, Hoki555's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data by Hoki555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Hoki555 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and where permitted, marketing communications. All data is processed securely using SSL/TLS encryption and stored in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Hoki555 does not sell or share personal player data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (such as FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallet providers), compliance and KYC service providers, and relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

Hoki555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without advance notice. The most current version of the Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Hoki555 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12. Hoki555 will endeavour to notify players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification where practicable.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to Hoki555's customer support team for attempted resolution via live chat or email correspondence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for final resolution. Hoki555 is not obligated to engage in any form of binding arbitration unless required to do so under applicable mandatory law.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
